In the weeks before you travel, I take on the task of confirming all reservations and communicating on your behalf with any special requests or needs. All you need to do is pack and make your postcard list!

My approach at Less Lonely Road Travel is about creating value-rich experiences rather than just chasing the lowest prices. Each journey is an investment in unforgettable memories, tailored to your unique preferences.

For trips that require intricate planning, there are planning fees, which we'll discuss during our complimentary consultation. The goal is to ensure your investment enriches your travel experience, turning every dollar into a cherished part of your travel story.

For custom itineraries, I do have a minimum budget requirement of $5000 per week per couple, not including flights. This ensures that I can deliver the level of quality and personalization that makes your trip truly special. For cruises and resort stays, I can sometimes work with lower budgets. We can discuss the specifics and see what works best for you during our consultation call.

The time frame for planning your perfect trip can vary. I usually have proposals ready within 5-10 business days, but for more detailed or complex trips, it might take a bit longer. I'll keep you in the loop throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.

The earlier, the better, especially for custom trips. This gives me plenty of time to fine-tune every detail to your liking. Flight schedules are typically available up to a year in advance, but other travel arrangements can often be made earlier. If you're thinking about a last-minute trip, feel free to reach out too. I'm here to help with a variety of travel types, even on short notice.
